Maximizing Yield on Raw Land

Located in the prime horticultural region of Pongakawa, the Manaia Orchard project required a comprehensive, ground-up approach. The goal was to transform bare land into a highly efficient, 7-hectare canopy footprint. This required precise surveying and strategic site layout to ensure maximum cropping area was extracted from the titled land, while factoring in row orientation and critical shelterbelt placement.
